FRIDAY 5TH JUNE – NO COOK NUTELLA CHEESE CAKE!

NO COOK NUTELLA CHEESE CAKE!

This is soooo good and anything with nutella in it our kids love! This no cook version is delicious, you can buy big brand names for the nutella and cream cheese; but store-own-brands work just as well for this and will save you a bunch of cash!

SERVES 4 

Serving Suggestion:

  • Glass of milk or a cup of tea!

What you need:

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 9 inch springform cake tin

Ingredients:

  • 500g cream cheese
  • 300g nutella
  • 100g digestive biscuits
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • Chopped nuts for decoration

No-cook Nutella Cheesecake

no-cook nutella cheesecake; utterly delicious and so easy to make!

Ingredients
  • 500g cream cheese
  • 300g nutella
  • 100g digestive biscuits, broken inito crumbs
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • Chopped nuts for decoration
Directions
  • Step 1 Mix the melted butter and digestive biscuit crumbs together with the sugar until fully combined then place in a cake tin and press down to level and compact.
  • Step 2 Reserve in the fridge to harden.
  • Step 3 Mix the nutella, creamcheese and a pinch of salt together until fully combined then gently spread over the biscuit base. Sprinkle with chopped nuts to decorate and store in the fridge to firm up for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
