These blueberry muffins are a real treat!
I love blueberry muffins and this is a great Friday treat to have! Which incidentally works great as a naughty breakfast treat on Saturday morning!

What you need:
- Muffin Tray
- Mixing bowl
- Pre-heated oven 200cFAN
Ingredients:
- 140g plain flour
- 140g butter, softened
- 100g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- Few drops vanilla essence
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 150g blueberries (I’ll use frozen for convenience!)

Ingredients
- 140g plain flour
- 140g butter, softened
- 100g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- Few drops vanilla essence
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- Handful blueberries
Directions
- Step 1 Pre-heated oven 200cFAN
- Step 2 Cream together the butter and sugar and then add one egg at a time, incorporating fully as you go.
- Step 3 Fold in the flour and baking powder and add the vanilla essence.
- Step 4 Fold in half the blueberries and put a dessert spoon of mixture into each muffin case.
- Step 5 Bake in the oven for 15-18minutes until cooked. Leave to cook before eating in one go!
