Monday 13th  April – Leftover Easter Eggs Chocolate Mousse

2 Ingredient Chocolate Mousse!


Did you eat all those Easter eggs?! I hope not! Use up your leftover chocolate and make these indulgent kid friendly chocolate mousses!

SERVES 4 

Serving Suggestion:

  • None – just eat them!

What you need:

  • 2 Mixing bowls + wooden spoons
  • Electric whisk (or hand whisk)
  • 1 saucepan
  • Piping bags – optional to make look pretty!

Ingredients:

  • 200g leftover easter eggs (ideally dark chocolate – but whatever you’ve got!)
  • 400g double cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 rich tea biscuits
  • Pinch salt
