2 Ingredient Chocolate Mousse!
Did you eat all those Easter eggs?! I hope not! Use up your leftover chocolate and make these indulgent kid friendly chocolate mousses!
- None – just eat them!
What you need:
- 2 Mixing bowls + wooden spoons
- Electric whisk (or hand whisk)
- 1 saucepan
- Piping bags – optional to make look pretty!
- 200g leftover easter eggs (ideally dark chocolate – but whatever you’ve got!)
- 400g double cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 rich tea biscuits
- Pinch salt
