Spaghetti Tray Bake – Baked Sausage Pasta Recipe – it’ll change your life!
My spaghetti tray bake – a baked sausage pasta recipe is AMAZING! OK, I know this doesn’t sound very modest, but it’s really good and has totally changed the way we make family spaghetti.
Baked sausage pasta recipe (spaghetti tray bake) is life changing! 🙂 The spaghetti goes into the tray bake raw (that’s right, uncooked) and 30 minutes later you have a delicious meal!
I may be coming across a little excited by my baked sausage pasta recipe, but I should clarify, firstly, we use sausage meat, so it isn’t topped with huge sausages, we just squeeze out the meat in chunks and dot it over the top. Secondly, it’s really a spaghetti tray bake – BUT the life changing bit is everything goes into the tray RAW.
That’s right, the onions, garlic, sauce, spaghetti, yes, I said the spaghetti all goes into the tray uncooked, you pour in the right quantity of stock and sauce and boom! 30 minutes later you have a delicious, perfectly cooked meal.
We made my baked sausage pasta recipe on one of our live cookalongs topped with chunks of sausage meat but you can use meatballs, fish fillets or top with lots of vegetables for a vegan spaghetti tray bake alternative
