SAVOURY DUTCH BABY PANCAKES
Pancakes for dinner?! Savoury Pancakes?
Just look at this beauty and tell me you don’t want to cook this!
These are good fun to make; a Dutch baby pancake is more a yorkshire pudding than a pancake. These are filling and great to make for the family. You can top them with anything you want. Traditionally served sweet, we’re doing ours for dinner so I’m topping it with a kid-friendly stew (I literally don’t even know how to describe it, but it tastes great!) – you choose from:
- 300g meat (cubed chicken, minced meat (any), sausages cut into chunks, etc.)
- 300g seafood (prawns, squid, mussels whatever you want)
- 300g vegetables (aubergine, courgettes, cauliflower, brocolli, etc.)
