Sesame Chili Salmon Stir Fry | Salmon Recipes

My salmon stir fry is delicious and is cooked in under 5 minutes, making it one of my favourite salmon recipes.

Salmon stir fry is hot, spicy, full of flavour and folded through fresh herbs, baby spinach with an Asian inspired sesame dressing.. What more can you ask for? Don’t answer that…

Salmon Stir Fry Salmon Recipes

At it’s heart, this salmon stir fry is about using a handful of fresh ingredients that pack a punch to whip up a quick salmon stir fry. I should mention you could easily bake the salmon cubes if you prefer not to fry them.

On that note, if you’re into baking or roasting fish, you’ll love my roasted salmon recipe here.

This was an accident; I’ve made loads of salmon recipes over the years but this remains one of my go to salmon stir fry.

I was going to call this my Serendipitous Salmon Salad, but then thought that sounded a bit naff.

This is also a great way to cook salmon, the small chunks cook in literally a couple of minutes meaning you have a really quick (and healthy) salmon salad done in no time.
