Homemade Curried Beefburgers with Indian Mayo

My homemade curried beefburgers are delicious, I won’t lie. They really are. I developed these for Big K charcoal.

Punchy with lots of chopped fresh chili, herbs, spices, I love them. You can cook these on the BBQ (which I’ve done on the video below) or simply cook on the griddle at home.

These are dressed with a simple Indian spiced mayo and served in a brioche bun.
