BBC 3CR Weekend Kitchen Oct-2016 with Kim, Justine, Nick Coffer (and me!)

Another great show on the BBC 3CR Weekend Kitchen programme with Nick Coffer, the amazing Justine Pattison and uber-talented Kim co-owner of the Cinnamon Travelling Cafe.

This weeks BBC 3CR Weekend kitchen show had Kim making the most incredibly delicious jerk chicken curry that had my tastebuds tingling! If you’re quick enough you can download a copy of the recipe from the BBC website. If you missed it here’s my version of jerk chicken.

Listen in to a snippet of the show:

Justine is one of those chefs whom seems to have an encyclopedic knowledge of all things food and is an incredible cook. I’ve been on the show a few times now with Justine and I always get a little excited knowing that I’m in for a real treat from whatever goodies she’s cooked for us.

I cooked my roasted stuffed peppers (gemista), sour cherry frozen yoghurt and my pastitsio (macaroni du forno)

Anyway, you can find out more about Kim and the award winning Cinnamon Travelling Cafe here or see some of the books Justine has written (which are loads!)
