MONDAY 4TH MAY – HONEY MUSTARD SALMON WELLINGTON

MONDAY 4TH MAY – HONEY MUSTARD SALMON WELLINGTON

Salmon Wellington – such a great kids cookalong!

This is a family favorite; a beautiful piece of salmon wrapped in puff pastry and baked in the oven; it couldn’t be easier to make with the kids, no cooking involved until it’s popped in the oven. You have the option of topping the salmon with spinach before encasing in the pastry..

NOTE: I’ll be using one piece of salmon to cook this for the family and then slice at the table, you could use separate pieces of fish if preferred.
